At least two more volunteers to organize are needed as well as at least eight volunteers to help. An operating schedule is needed, as well at antennas and food. Spouses are invited. A shelter is needed and options were discussed. If you have any suggestions, please email Ron Campbell. A site to hold Field Day was discussed, such as the Conservation Department and the Camdenton City Park. Advertising was discussed, such as KRMS, Lake TV, LO Profile, social media, etc. Terri Myers has volunteered to help with advertising. VeeJay Groce has addresses for advertising events.

Gary Sundstrom KE5JTL is checking with the library to see if the antennae and coax can be kept on the tower for a bit after the 20th since it is a bad time of year to climb a tower. The 440 radio belongs to Scott Poest KB8KGU. It will be shut down tonight and Scott will take it with him. Using the Mid-County Fire Protection District towers for our DMR antennae was discussed. Using the tower at the 5-65 station was discussed for the DMR antennae.
